Location: Holiday Inn Near the University of Michigan, 3600 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105

This is a two-day training designed for new and experienced housing counselors and legal services attorneys representing homeowners faced with foreclosure. This training will offer both beginners and advance tracks sessions such as: HAMP overview, post HAMP issues, loan modifications after death or divorce, litigating servicing cases, reverse mortgages, tax foreclosures, etc. We hope everyone will attend this very important training. The first day concludes with a welcome reception.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Housing Counselors and Legal Services Attorneys Representing Homeowners Faced with Foreclosure. MSHDA Certified Counselors who attend this training will receive MSHDA continuing education credits.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn for $110 per night (plus taxes) until February 24th please call the hotel directly at 734-769-9800 to book your own rooms the block is under MFPP training.
