MFPP Foreclosure Task Force Meeting

The Michigan Foreclosure Prevention Project (MFPP) foreclosure task force meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2009, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., at the State Bar Building in Lansing.

The detailed agenda will be sent out in early September. But we are sure to discuss MFPP foreclosure attorneys administrative issues; how the referrals between housing counselors and attorneys are working; and the challenges and implementation of the new foreclosure law.
