The Foreclosure Intervention & Neighborhood Stabilization Collaborative of South East Michigan (FINSC) has organized a FREE event for Homeowners in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb & Washtenaw Counties this Friday, Feb. 18th from 10 am - 7 pm at the Masonic Temple in Detroit.
