The Michigan Foreclosure Prevention Project (MFPP) foreclosure task force meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2009, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., at the State Bar Building in Lansing.
The detailed agenda will be sent out in early September. But we are sure to discuss MFPP foreclosure attorneys administrative issues; how the referrals between housing counselors and attorneys are working; and the challenges and implementation of the new foreclosure law. If you have additional suggestions for the agenda, please email them to me. Looking forward to seeing you on September 30th.
